Shipping
Packing: For most of my artwork, I ship them fully assembled with the canvas securely stretched on a wooden frame. They are then carefully packed in a cardboard box with protective boards. However, for larger works, I may need to remove the canvas from the frame and ship it in a roll to ensure safe transportation. In this case, you will need to take the canvas to a professional workshop to have it stretched back onto a frame. I will contact you before posting to inform you that this is the case.
Refunds: Please note that I am unable to offer refunds for my original paintings due to the complex packaging and costly shipping involved. However, I encourage you to reach out to me before making a purchase. I am more than happy to provide additional pictures, videos, or any other relevant information to help you make an informed decision and ensure that the painting is the right fit for you. In the rare event that a product is damaged during shipment, rest assured that it will be covered by insurance. I take great care in packing my work, but if you notice any signs of damage to the packaging, please take pictures before opening the package and throughout the process. These pictures will be required by the insurance company as evidence.
International Customers: Please be aware that additional customs taxes may be charged by your government before receiving the package from the courier. The amount of customs tax varies depending on your location. I recommend checking the customs regulations in your country before making a purchase or ordering my work.
