However, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. If, by any unfortunate circumstance, the artwork arrives damaged during transit, I will gladly assist you in the refund process. In such cases, the refund will be handled by the insurance company, and I will require a detailed request along with evidence of the damage.

Please note that if the package arrives with visible damage, it is crucial to take photographs before opening, during the unpacking process, and capturing the damage to the artwork. These images will be required to support the refund claim with the insurance company.
